Everyone is always smiling and having fun! Although there are some moves a little bit more sexy than others they all have fun doing it! Barbra caught on very well! Since she has done ZBox before she knew what to expect with each new Zumba song! We worked up a huge sweat and had a good time doing it! Hopefully she will be back tonight!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well we are in the beginning of week four. Barbra did a workout at home yesterday and I hope to see her tonight in my Zumba class. She has been feeling better and feels her workouts are getting better! Now we can move on and see some new results! As for the rest of the weeks workouts she will be going to our ZBox class Thursday and doing some solo cardio and weight training in her home since getting out of the house too much during the week is difficult with a family and work.</p>
<p>I am very proud of Barbra and the sacrifices she has made. I am so pleased to be working with her and couldn&#8217;t have asked for a better candidate for a fitness challenge!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well after week two we were in pretty good shape. Barbra had lost more weight and it seemed we were really progressing. However, like most people our daily routines and stresses can get in the way of our progress. I got pretty sick and had to cancel a personal training session then Barbra got sick the next week. However, we didn&#8217;t let these small problems get in our way! Therefore, we have started full force and are still anxious to see what happens in the next couple of weeks.</p>
<p>I told Barbra after she got sick to make sure she was as close to feeling 100% as possible because pushing yourself will only make things worse. After a couple small workouts on her own she feels ready to get back into it.</p>
<p>So here we go, again!</p>

		<title>Week Two- Still Going Strong!</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Now that week 2 has come to a close I believe it was pretty successful with minor set backs.</p>
<p>At the beginning of the week Barbra and I went for a personal training session at SNAP Fitness. There we did some interval training, cardio and weight lifting. I like to break up the monotony of running on a treadmill by putting weight training in between. I also find this to help keep the oxygen flowing through the muscles allowing for less sore muscles and to burn more fat. Throughout the workout Barbra, for the most part, was staying within her training zone which is optimal for fat burning. After the workout she said she felt great and the workout was good.</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t wait for Week Three and to see where we are!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Now that week one is completed and I have met with Barbra I am pleased to say it was a successful week. She seemed to have enjoyed herself while doing different workouts instead of just running on a treadmill.</p>
<p>Week one was more of an assessment as to where she is physically and if she is ready for the challenge mentally. We took her measurements and obtained a resting heart rate to get a better idea of where we want to keep her training rate. I believe she is mentally prepared for this challenge and will do very well with the tools I have given her to succeed!</p>

I am not a big advocate of having a fitness resolutions, instead I like to think of starting the New Year with a new lifestyle goal! I believe people should try to change for the future, not for right now. This is why Barbra and I have hit it off so well, she believes and wants to have a better lifestyle for now and the future.</p>
<p>My first meeting with Barbra was exciting! After chatting with her I was able to understand what her personal goals were and how I could help her attain them! I am anxious to see what happens and can&#8217;t wait to get things pumping!</p>
